The new head coach of the men's national volleyball team, Italian Fabio Soli, has announced a larger list of players for the first part of the season, in which the volleyball players will compete in the elite Nations League. The list includes 23 volleyball players, but those who competed at the Olympic Games are missing: Gregor Ropret, Klemen Čebulj, Alen Pajenk and Jani Kovačič.
