New real estate crisis: the Lyon metropolitan area to the rescue of social housing

2023 was a black year for real estate developers in Lyon. Their projects are stagnant, due to a lack of buyers but also due to a lack of available space. To stem the momentum, the Métropole de Lyon released 10 million euros last October.
