New ramp closure lasts through 2027 for Halifax's Windsor Street Exchange project

A closure on Highway 111, between Massachusetts Avenue ramps and the Windsor Street Exchange will begin on Thursday, 8 p.m., through the completion of overpass construction by the end of 2027, the Halifax Regional Municipality announced.
