Owner Dave Edwards used the time the former 18th century manor house was closed during the pandemic to install a spa to accompany its 19 bespoke suites. The suites and spa at Lanelay have been enough to persuade the likes of Tyson Fury, Paul Gascoigne and Daniel Craig to stay here. On Saturday, November 11 he and his team opened his new premium steak restaurant, Blok.
