New Fort Gay Town Council Member Wilts Salmons shares goals

FORT GAY — Wilts Salmons, 82, a retired teacher and Wayne County Schools superintendent and former Fort Gay Town Council member, recently began a new term on the council. Salmons, who is from Horse Creek, West Virginia, and has lived in Fort Gay since 1968, was elected to fill one of five town council seats up for grabs in the town's general election last month; previously, he had served a term on the council in the early 1970s.
