On Tuesday, former property tycoon and founder of Signa, René Benko, had to answer again for suspicion of the fraudulent Krida before a court of law of the Landesgericht Innsbruck. The reason: The Supreme Court (OGH) abrogated a partial waiver at the beginning of July and renegotiated it to the Landesgericht. It is about a rental advance of about 360,000 euros for a villa in the Innsbruck district Hungerburg.
