Officials gathered in downtown Jackson on Friday for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to launch a new driver service bureau. Mississippi Department of Public Safety Commissioner Sean Tindell was joined by Jackson Mayor John Horhn, state Sen. David Blount, and state Rep.
