New Data: Stacking 4 Workplace Habits Triples Goal Achievement
A benchmark study by OKRs Tool found that teams using four specific workplace habits are nearly three times more likely to achieve their goals than those that use none.
The study surveyed 280 operations and strategy leaders at technology companies with 50 to 200 employees, excluding OKRs Tool customers.
Teams were evaluated on four habits: weekly goal reviews, continuous progress tracking, visible goals, and using dedicated software instead of spreadsheets.
Teams practicing all four habits hit their goals very consistently 71% of the time, compared to 15% for teams practicing none, and poor tracking costs teams time and reduces the likelihood of goal achievement.
