New café to be created at city park transforming 'eyesore' derelict building

Plans for a new cafe in Newport’s Tredegar Park have won the approval of city council planners.

This week’s “Eyesore” is located at 401 Walker Street in Waynesboro. It was brought to our attention by a neighbor who said the property has been in the current condition for several years.
