At a special meeting on Monday, Stirling Council agreed a new administration and appointed Cllr Susan McGill as Council Leader. Cllr Elaine Watterson and Neil Benny resigned as Lord Provost and Depute Convener respectively at the start of the Nov. 10 meeting.
