KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Knox County's Parks and Recreation Department is working to make a Hardin Valley park more accessible. Commissioner Kim Frazier and Commissioner Terry Hill shared that a new ADA-compliant playground is coming to Hardin Valley Community Park off Hickory Creek Road.
