Justice Solberg wrote that in his opinion the court is not required to address the process of removing Baharav-Miara, "before a final decision has been made by the competent authority regarding that matter." He noted that the petitioners will be able to appeal to the High Court again after a final decision is made.

The government submitted its position late, after the Supreme Court's Deputy President determined that he would issue a freezing order for the hearing to be held by Ministers Levin and Shikley regarding the dismissal of the Attorney General. After the Israeli government submitted its response, a hearing by Baharav-Meara is expected to take place tomorrow.
