The context Paul Bulcke has decided not to stand for re-election after 50 years of service in Nestlé. The new global president of the firm will be Pablo Isla.
Pablo Isla, who was the CEO of Inditex between 2005 and 2011 and its executive president between 2011 and 2022, will be the new president of the board of directors of Nestlé from 16 April 2026 in place of Paul Bulcke, who has announced that he will not be eligible for re-election at the shareholders' meeting next year.
