Nest fire Alarms not working with Xfinity new Gateway GB8 ModelCGM4981com

I replaced my old Xfinity X1 Gateway with a new one. I have a GB8 Model-CGM4981com. My Nest Fire Alarm's will not connect to the new X1 Gateway.  When I try to connect it just says something went wrong this device can't be set up, with a yellow exclamation point.
