Russia is ready for the third round of negotiations with Ukraine, announced Kremlin's spokesman, Dmitri Peskov, in a communiqué quoted by the Russian state agency Tass. Peskov, however, accused Kievul of stopping the peace process.
The Kremlin spokesman said that the country is still waiting for proposals on the calendar but that the Russian side is ready to continue and conduct a third round of negotiations with Ukraine.
