André Bianchi, a committed figure in Colmar and Alsatian public life, died on Tuesday 18 August, at the age of 87. He had served on the Colmar City Council as an assistant between 1971 and 1995 and served as a general adviser. Before he devoted himself to his dear commune of Soultzbach-les-Bains.
