CERESCO, Neb. (KLKN) — A Ceresco restaurant is keeping Officer Ross Bartlett’s memory alive with a special memorial. On Thursday, owner Ron Tegtmeier placed Bartlett’s photo on a memorial wall at the Legendary Red Rooster Restaurant.
