NCSBE votes to extend voting times in four counties, result postings to be delayed

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCT) -- During an emergency session, the North Carolina State Board of Elections voted to grant extending voting times in multiple counties. According to the board of elections, Gates, Lenoir, Hertford, and Wilson counties have been granted extensions. Due to the extensions, posting of the statewide results will be delayed by 45 minutes.
