The 34th season of Le Pays de la Sagouine (PDLS) is already underway, and many visitors are expected in the coming months. Inaugurated in 1992 on a small island in Bouctouche Bay, Le Pays de la Sagouine was born from the imagination of Antonine Maillet. Since 1992, PDLS has welcomed over 1.8 million visitors and has brought Acadian culture to life with its colourful characters, diverse shows, and constant efforts to reinvent itself.
