Two weeks after the NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey, U.S. President Donald Trump again charged Spain this Wednesday. He did so in the presence of the Secretary General of the Atlantic Alliance, Mark Rutte, visiting the White House. “Spain is a spectacle of horror. Spain is terrible.
