National Cheng Kung University received a threatening letter yesterday from an overseas IP address, threatening to place and detonate explosives in order to prevent a student organization from showing the video "State Organs" in May. The university has reported the incident to the police and the Ministry of Education. After investigation, no abnormalities were found.
