Nassau company seeks approval to grow cannabis on Middle Road site in Calverton
A Nassau County company that purchased a 5 ⅓ acre site on Middle Road in Calverton is seeking site plan approval for cannabis growing and processing. 1458 Middle Road LLC of Syosset purchased the former Walter Kobylenski residence on the north side of Middle Road, just west of Deep Hold Road, in June. The company paid $1.25 million to the Walter Kobylenski Trust, according to county records. Source
