NEWTON, IOWA, AUG 1 – With six drivers locked into playoffs and four races remaining, the Iowa Speedway event could reshape the postseason, featuring sold-out grandstands and top teams competing for crucial points.
- Sold-Out Iowa Speedway will host the Iowa Corn 350 Powered by Ethanol on Sunday, August 3, at 3:30 p.m. ET over 306.25 miles and 350 laps.
- With only four races remaining in the NASCAR Cup Series, Iowa Speedway’s importance grew after last year's race saw three drivers above the cutline miss the Playoffs.
- Fans can expect tight racing at Iowa, as 18 of the last 20 short-track races saw winners after lap 124 and the last four ended with green-flag runs of at least 75 laps, following a May 2024 partial repave.
