Nanoose Bay residents hope petition will bring change after multiple fatalities on stretch of Highway 19

One resident in Nanoose Bay, B.C., is re-circulating a petition calling for improvements to a stretch of Highway 19 on Vancouver Island that's seen a number of fatalities. She's hoping better infrastructure and enforcement will help reduce the number of crashes seen in the area.
