Minister of Health and Foreign Affairs Esperance Luvindao welcomed Namibia's recommendation to disclose HIV-AIDS and prevent the spread of HIV-AIDS. Luvindao, the host of the Evangelical Pope on the occasion of the 19th International Conference on HIV prevention, said he was not going to be treated. “It is a great opportunity to welcome the African HIV-AIDS epidemic. This is a great opportunity to become a leader in the fight against HIV-AIDS.
