A wreck on South Fowler Avenue sent a Hopkinsville woman to the hospital and cut power to the neighborhood Tuesday morning. Hopkinsville Police say a southbound SUV driven by 22-year-old Jakiyah Caldwell hit a utility pole, cutting it in half, then hit a fence, before hitting a house.
