Vancouver – Vancouver Police have arrested a man in his 20s for allegedly assaulting and urinating on a woman who was walking downtown early this morning. Just after 6 a.m. on September 5, the 31-year-old victim was walking near West Pender and Beatty Street when she encountered a naked man on top of a parked car.
