The opening ceremony will be held at the Mizuho Park Athletics Stadium in Nagoya City at 6 pm local time. Before the formal inauguration, some games have started. Various sports competitions are conducted in various cities of Aichi Prefecture, Japan, including Gifu, Shizuoka, Tokyo and Osaka.
