Two passengers who lost a bag of travel passes, driver's licenses and jewelry on the train did not get those jewels back. Railway company NMBS donated them to Spullenhulp, even though it knew the passengers' identities. It is one of the complaints dealt with last year by Ombudsrail, the ombudsman service for train passengers.
