Myanmar's Wai Khin Hnin on Sunday became the first Asian Games gold medallist in teqball, an acrobatic football-table tennis hybrid making its debut at this year's event in Japan.
Wai Khin Hnin brought home the first gold medal for Myanmar and Southeast Asian sports at the 20th Asian Games, after defeating Sumaya of Indonesia 2-1 in the women's singles teqball final on September 20.
