My New Bill, C-260: the Care Not Coercion Act

As foreshadowed in my last column, I have now tabled my private member’s bill for this session: Bill C-260, An Act to Prevent Coercion of Persons Not Seeking Medical Assistance in Dying. The reforms proposed in this bill will provide greater protection to veterans, people with disabilities, and others who may have faced coercion in the past.
