The mayor of Valencia and the former prefect of the Drôme were summoned to the criminal court on 21 May, prosecuted by the managing association of the Muslim school after the cancellation of the sale of municipal land on a background of controversy. The court was not able to judge the case and the hearing was finally postponed in October.
The hearing on Thursday, 21 May, was supposed to lead to a change of scenery in the cases brought by the association Values and Success against the former Prefect and the Mayor of Valencia. It is not a thing. Despite a motion to this effect adopted by the magistrates of the seat, neither the prosecutor nor the court formally requested that these cases be dealt with by another court. A simple referral in the autumn was delivered.
