Declan Laverty’s father Damian Crook says if his late son would deny people alcohol then he would often be subject to “comments of racism”. Mr Laverty was stabbed to death last week for his refusal to serve alcohol to a customer. “Because he was doing his job, he would get yelled at, spat at all the time,” Mr Crook told Sky News Australia. “They all face it, unfortunately.”
