OAKLAND CITY Ind. (WEHT) -- The son of a man found dead in his home in Oakland City has been arrested on murder charges. An affidavit obtained by Eyewitness News says Brad Fiscus was found on the floor of his home on Thursday, surrounded by blood by Oakland City Police Chief Tim Gaines. Gibson County – The suspect in the Oakland City murder investigation has been identified as Jonathan Fiscus, 24, of Oakland City.  Fiscus is the son of the victim.
