Five years ago, Charlotte Dodds couldn’t bake a thing. Today, the self-taught Gateshead baker has been recognised by retail entrepreneur Theo Paphitis as one of six winners of his Small Business Sunday (#SBS) awards. The initiative celebrates outstanding small businesses across the UK and gives them a national platform to grow.
