A young mum, who grew up in Bedale, has moved into a new home with her son at The Hatchery, on the outskirts of the town.

The first tenants have started moving into a new £19.5m affordable housing complex on the edge of a North Yorkshire market town. The Hatchery, an 88-home scheme in Aiskew, near Bedale, has now been completed by housing association Broadacres. The development features a mixture of one, two, three and four-bedroom houses.
