Muhyiddin freed of four RM200mil Jana Wibawa charges

- "The court hereby discharges and acquits the accused on four charges," Justice Noor Ruwena stated, resolving allegations regarding RM200 million in alleged proceeds from Bukhary Equity Sdn Bhd.
- Despite this acquittal, Muhyiddin continues to face three separate allegations involving use of his position to obtain RM25.3 million in bribes for BERSATU from Nepturis Sdn Bhd, Mamfor Sdn Bhd, and KCJ Engineering Sdn Bhd.
- Conviction on the remaining charges carries a maximum prison sentence of 20 years and a potential fine of five times the bribe value or RM10,000, whichever is higher.
