Zurich-domiciled reinsurer MS Reinsurance (MS Re), part of global insurance group MS&AD, has appointed Julien Mollinier as Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO), Global Speciality Lines. Simultaneously, the firm has promoted Joscelin Burrer as Head of Financial Risks, and appointed Pius Leupi as Lead Underwriter, Financial Risks.
