Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce Andy Gipson announced that the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce (MDAC) will accept a new round of applications for its Wild Hog Control Program (WHCP) beginning Saturday, Nov. 1, through Saturday, Nov. 15.
