The Mato Grosso do Sul Court of Justice (TJ-MS) excluded trans and transvestite women, indigenous women, quilombola women, and peasants by incorporating a resolution from the CNJ (National Council of Justice) that provides for quotas for hiring outsourced services in courts across the country.
