The Heads of State and Government of the European Union are meeting today to discuss the tense economic situation and the informal meeting will take place in a water castle in the Flemish part of Belgium.
Mr Dan is taking part today, on 12 February, in the informal meeting of the European Council from the Alden Biesen Castle.
