ST. PAUL, Minn. (KVRR-KFGO) – The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has fined Anheuser-Busch resources in Moorhead $323,850 for failing to conduct performance tests and exceeding dust emissions at the now closed barley malting plant along Interstate 94. The MPCA says Busch violated rules and regulations several times. The violations were discovered during a routine, unannounced inspection. Anheuser-Busch opened the plant more than 40 years ago.…
