Kamloops RCMP are asking people to help find a missing teenager. Winston Wilbur, 14, was last seen at the North Shore bus loop on March 26, according to a press release from police. Mounties in Kamloops have issued an appeal for help in their search for a missing teenager. Winston Wilbur, who is 14, was last seen on Wednesday at the North Shore bus loop.  Police said they believe the boy is still in the Kamloops area.
