"The United States congratulates Prime Minister Mia Mottley for her clear electoral victory," Rubio said. "We hope that under her leadership we can expand collaboration with the Government of Barbados and strengthen regional security by deepening cooperation to address transnational criminal organizations and illicit trafficking," she added.
