72-year-old motorcyclist died in an accident away from the closing parade. His wife was seriously injured.
A fatal motorcycle accident occurred on Saturday at noon at Rosegg (Villach-Land district) in Carinthia. A 72-year-old motorcyclist from Germany was killed driving up to a car. His 74-year-old wife was flown to the Klagenfurt Hospital with serious injuries by rescue helicopter. According to the police, the 53-year-old driver of the car was brought to LKH Villach with injuries of an indeterminate degree.
