Motorcyclist Dies After Collision With School Van In Mosta

A 57-year-old man from Mosta died this morning following a traffic accident in Vjal il Qalbiena Mostin. The incident occurred at around 7am when a school van, a Ford Transit driven by a 65-year-old man from Ħad Dingli, collided with a KTM motorcycle being ridden by the victim.   A medical team provided immediate assistance and the motorcyclist was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance, where he was certified dead shortly afterwards.
