Mother acquitted of aggravated assault on her own son in Bergen

In February and March, a woman in her early 50s was in Hordaland District Court charged with gross abuse of her son over a number of years. The verdict against the woman was handed down on Thursday.

Agder District Court has acquitted a man in his 40s who was charged after a violent incident.

– She is very relieved and happy and feels heard by the court.
