From Tribune staff reports MOODY — A two-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 5:38 p.m. Monday, Sept. 1, and has caused a full interstate closure. Both the westbound lanes and one eastbound lane on Interstate 20 near the 147 mile marker in St. Clair County were initially blocked following the incident.
