NS expands train schedule with major changes for 2024
Dutch rail operator NS has implemented its new timetable on Sunday, introducing significant increases in train frequency and expanded operating hours. The changes will affect numerous routes, with earlier morning departures and later evening services. NS stated the new schedule will include more trains than in the record year of 2019.
Train passengers take note: from this Sunday, the NS timetable has been significantly expanded. More trains are running on Brabant tracks. The NS itself speaks of the 'biggest change to the timetable in years'. The number of trains will be increased, especially during rush hour, evenings and weekends.
