Up to 76 percent of Ukrainians categorically reject Russia's peace plan. It includes, for example, a significant reduction in the number of Ukrainian soldiers, Ukraine's rejection of NATO membership, or recognition of occupied territories as Russian. At the same time, the number of Ukrainians who are willing to accede to Russia's demands has increased. In July, it was 17 percent, while in May it was 10 percent.
